LAVINET® sheet is a piece of metal that has been slit and stretched. In this process metal can be expanded several times its original size. The metal sheet becomes stronger and more rigid.
Expanded metal is very convenient construction and engineering material. It has hundreds of uses. Expanded sheets are never slippery, do not collect dirt and technological residues on their surface. Different fences and partitions can be quickly built using LAVINET®.
Nets and gratings
Expanded nets are usually supplied in sheets. Regular nets are made of soft steel. There are lots of uses: partitions, protection grids, walkways, stairs and etc.
Facades
Using expanded metal in the façade design and for protection from sunlight became more popular last decades. LAVINTON offers big mesh façade panels with wide strand of aluminum or dipped galvanized or/and painted.
Net ceilings
Expanded metal is convenient material for light and transparent ceilings. Cassettes and panels of different materials and in different colors are available.
